• Restaurant Manager in a stunning country house hotel.
• A Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the restaurant in this stunning venue.
• Reporting to the General Manager.
• The Restaurant Manager will be the face of the operation.
• The Restaurant Manager will work alongside the Head Chef & Marketing team on seasonal events & menus.

The Requirements:

• The successful applicant will come from a hotel or gastro pub.
• You could be an Assistant Restaurant Manager looking for your next step up.
• A Restaurant Manager with a high quality background is desirable.
• A team player who leads from the front.
