Salary / Rate of pay: Up to 38k per annum + Service

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a highly respected 3 Rosette Property in the historical and picturesque heart of Oxfordshire looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee food and beverage operations.

With the site delivering the highest standards of food from award-winning Chefs as well as offering top-level Bar Service in the restaurant and accompanying lounge, all within a relaxed atmosphere, the role would suit an individual with only the very highest standards of service with a proven record of managing venues of 3 Rosette and above.

This is a permanent position of around 40 hrs per week.

What’s involved?

You will be responsible for leading the Restaurant Team, whilst closely coordinating with the Chef Patron and Bar Manager ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant whilst maintaining the high standards that are already in place. You will collaborate with the team to ensure customer service is at the highest level through training and monitoring. You will have great communication skills and will be able to be the face of the Restaurant.
