About our client:

We are excited to be working with a fun and trendy hospitality group. They are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to come on board their team. As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is operated to the highest standards daily.
• Coordinate with the kitchen operations to maintain menu consistency, food quality, and timely service.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers and maintain an energetic and fun environment for team members.
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and exceed financial targets.
• Assist with inventory management and cost controls.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven full-service restaurant manager experience.
• Driven by creating excellent guest experiences.
• A natural leader who has a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
