Restaurant Manager

The July B.V.
London
GBP 40,000 - 60,000
Job description

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

We're on the hunt for an authentic Restaurant Manager to lead the way at our brand-new restaurant, part of our newest London Victoria addition, opening in 2025 near Victoria Station!

The concept

Nestled in the heart of London, our location is more than just a restaurant or bar; it's a mindset that embraces balance between work and life. Here, time slows down, but your ambitions are still welcome, because we believe life is too short to be busy without purpose.

Enjoy small plates crafted to energize you without disrupting your flow, and let our drinks guide you from midday inspiration into a leisurely evening. Our restaurant will be a place for breakfast and all-day dining. The kitchen and bar are working together very closely since there is an open kitchen bar that runs through the restaurant. The restaurant will be serving an all-day food menu that consists of creative and high-quality dishes to share (or not). The all-day dining menu plays tribute with a playful spin on British Classics where dishes are uncomplicated, true to their ingredients and have a real punch on British produce. Next to a restaurant and bar, the location offers three 8 pax meeting rooms and a deli.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a brand-new concept and build a team from the ground up, creating something truly special for our guests.

  6. Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written - to ensure clear communication within the team.
  7. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage relationships at all levels.
  8. Strong financial understanding of a P&L.
