Restaurant Manager

Position: Floor Manager

Brief: We are looking for a Floor Manager to lead all aspects of our business. The job is based in our restaurant at ALL SEASONS CATERING LIMITED (7-8 Bow Street, London, WC2E 7AH). You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
2. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
3. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
4. Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
5. Organize and supervise shifts.
6. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
7. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
8. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospital Manager, or similar role.
2. Proven customer service experience as a manager.
3. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
4. Familiarity with restaurant management software.
5. Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
6. Acute financial management skills.

The successful candidate will be offered up to £40,500. The closing date for the application is 16 December 2024.

Schedule: Flexible 8 hours shift a day
Salary: £30,000 – £41,000 yearly
