We are looking for a passionate, hands-on and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Fowey Harbour Hotel.
This is a full-time opportunity, offering a salary up to £34,000 per annum, plus tips and company bonus.
Overseeing our Food and Beverage crew, you will use your excellent food & wine knowledge to train, motivate & develop the team.
Ideally, you will bring a few years of restaurant management experience gained from a high-end restaurant, along with experience of working within budget guidelines, managing stock, and having strong commercial acumen for increasing revenue and controlling costs.
A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to take the business forward is essential. We are looking for someone who can inspire their team to achieve great things and be excited to come to work!
