Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless coordination between FOH and BOH teams. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience, maintaining high food safety standards, training staff, and optimizing efficiency across all dining operations.

This is a seasonal position, beginning in April 2025 and ending in mid-October with the conclusion of the resort's golf season.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front-of-House Leadership: Ensure outstanding customer service, manage guest relations, and uphold responsible alcohol service standards.
  2. Back-of-House Oversight: Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain high food quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
  3. Operations & Compliance: Maintain adherence to food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and Gull Lake View's hospitality standards.
  4. Financial & POS Management: Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate use of the POS system.
  5. Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
