Restaurant Manager – Bullitt Hotel
We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bullitt hotel.
This role is perfect for a manager who is great with people and wants to join our Bullitt journey, or if you are an experienced supervisor / assistant manager ready for more, then this is the opportunity for you!
Bullitt’s award-winning restaurant Taylor & Clay boasts an open kitchen built around our incredible bespoke Asador wood-fired grill. Our talented kitchen team cook the best local meat, seafood, and vegetables over roaring flames, delivering some of the finest food in the city! We have a carefully curated collection of world wines, inspired by countries with grill cooking at their culinary core.

What you'll do...- Reporting to the Food & Beverage manager, you will manage all aspects of day to day restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional quality food, drinks and service are consistently delivered.
- Front up an experienced team known for their warm welcome and passionate hospitality.
- Manage your rota, cash handing and assist with stock control.
- Develop strong relationships with the other hotel departments, working together to achieve team goals and deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.
Looking for the perfect match...- Ideally someone with at least 1 years’ restaurant management experience who can make a quick impact in our team, or alternatively 3 years’ supervisory / assistant manager experience.
- A people person who is great at growing and nurturing long lasting relationships.
