Busy Summer Trade | Stunning Seaside Location | Visa Sponsorship Offered

A new opening is launching in North Wales and it's going to be busy. Expect 600+ covers a day in peak season.

Our client is a growing independent group known for relaxed, high-quality dining in beautiful coastal spots. From the iconic Morannedd building in Criccieth to the flagship site at Menai Bridge, each venue blends local produce, excellent service, and thoughtful design.

They also run a bakery, online shop, and host weddings and private events.

Now, they're looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at this exciting new site.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Running day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant
  2. Leading a team to deliver outstanding service
  3. Supporting training, rota planning, and floor management
  4. Ensuring every guest leaves happy, even on the busiest days
What you'll need:
  1. 3 years experience as a FOH Manager or Restaurant Manager
  2. Background in hotel dining, quality casual restaurants, or cruise ships
  3. Strong leadership and people skills
  4. Good English (IELTS 4.0+ for visa)
  5. Knowledge of local produce is a bonus but full training is given
