A Restaurant General Manager is required for this fantastic restaurant in the beautiful and historic city of Aberdeen.

You must be a Personal Licence Holder due to regulations in Scotland, as well as having a background as a General Manager in a similar restaurant setting, and without this experience, your application unfortunately can’t be considered.

As Restaurant General Manager you will:

• Be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and bar, and provide support to the team
• Ensure the day to day running of the restaurant and bar areas as well as overseeing the whole of the restaurant on a daily basis
• Be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through the front of house team
• Solid staff management and training along with ordering and stock control
• Have a friendly, yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working with a high-level establishment
