What’s involved?
As a Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supported by Assistant Managers and a fantastic team of waiting staff. You will work 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, and shift patterns will be a mixture of split and straight shifts.
