As our Restaurant General Manager, you will have experience managing a large team in a high-performance operation. You will have experience in developing your team in a fast-paced environment while creating an exciting buzz around the restaurant.

As our Restaurant General Manager, you will receive:

As our Restaurant General Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency and high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards
- Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, focusing on cost control and revenue generation
- Implement strategies to drive sales and improve overall financial performance
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
