Main Responsibilities

As Restaurant Manager you will be the heart and soul of the team! Running the shifts like a true leader - motivating all the way, developing your people - coaching, training, communicating.

You will also:

• Analyse performance, dig into the numbers, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure the restaurant meets our high financial standards.
• Keep the team informed with regular updates on figures and forecasts.
• Install our culture of teamwork and collaboration.
