Responsibilities as the Restaurant & Bar Manager…

1. Overseeing the daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
2. Leading, training, and inspiring the team, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
3. Maintaining high standards of food and beverage service, upholding the restaurant's 2 Rosette reputation.
4. Managing budgets, stock, and supplier relationships, optimising efficiency and profitability.
