All of this of course requires preparation, which is all done in our very own Lina Cucina in Peckham, where we develop our high-quality Italian recipes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in managing the restaurant's operation regarding HR, and finances. You will manage the restaurant procedures including F&B, employee management, H&S and Food hygiene, accounts and excellent customer service, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere.
YOU ARE
An experienced, hardworking and professional assistant manager, who is a natural leader and remains calm under pressure. At Lina Stores we pride ourselves on our Italian heritage, we are looking for someone who is organized, efficient and detail orientated, whilst embodying our values. You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have extensive experience managing a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant.
