Restaurant and Bar Manager

We are delighted to be working with a wonderful 2 Rosette restaurant which is situated in a luxury boutique hotel near Cirencester. They are in search of a talented Restaurant and Bar Manager to elevate the food and beverage offering in their award-winning 60-cover restaurant.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Restaurant and Bar Manager:

• £32,000 to £35,000 per annum plus £2,500 service charge
• Christmas off (23rd to 26th)

Responsibilities as the Restaurant and Bar Manager:

• Coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working to the very best standard
• Taking responsibility for the performance of the restaurant and bar
• Helping shape menu offerings, culinary events and wine list
• Ensuring high levels of services are consistently delivered in the most efficient way
• Encouraging excellence within the restaurant team and monitoring their performance
