We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our Resourcing / Recruitment team. This role is located at The London Clinic's Head Office, we are offering a hybrid working model with remote working available, along with a highly competitive salary.
Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK's largest private hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located around Harley Street. We have circa 1350 employees, a total of 8 premises, and we are dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise.
Job Profile
As Resourcing Partner you will report into the Resourcing Manager and will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of talent acquisition, resource planning, and a proactive, cost-effective and professional recruitment service. This role will predominantly be non-clinical recruitment and cover our Central Functions, Patient Services and Strategic Programmes and Operational Directorates.
Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday.
Location: Head Office - London, NW1 4LJ (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations). We are offering a hybrid working model with remote working available.
Salary: We are offering a competitive salary for this position, dependent upon skills and experience.
