Job description

Job Title: Resourcing Partner (Contract)
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days on site, 3 days from home)
Contract Length: 6 months
Rate: £150 per day (Inside IR35)
Industry: Nuclear / Engineering
Company: Rolls-Royce SMR (via agency)

Overview:
We're supporting Rolls-Royce SMR in hiring a Resourcing Partner to join their recruitment team on a 6-month contract basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Talent, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and shortlist high volumes of applications across a range of roles
  2. Partner closely with hiring managers to support their recruitment needs
  3. Manage recruitment administration and ensure accurate tracking via ATS (Workday)
  4. Communicate with candidates throughout the process, maintaining a positive candidate experience
  5. Coordinate interviews and feedback processes
  6. Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in line with internal processes and compliance requirements
About You:
  1. Proven in-house recruitment experience is essential
  2. Strong administrative skills with experience handling high application volumes
  3. Comfortable using ATS systems, ideally Workday
  4. Knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from role brief through to offer
  5. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  6. Ideally experienced in recruiting within engineering or technical environments
  7. Confident communicator, both written and verbal

Other Details:
This role does not offer sponsorship - you must have the right to work in the UK.
Inside IR35 - must be able to work via an umbrella company.
