Job description

Oakleaf are partnered with an established Professional Services firm in their recruitment for a Resourcing Coordinator initially on a 12 month basis with the potential longer term. This is a people facing role supporting the business with allocation of resources across a variety of disciplines. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Talent Acquisition Coordinator or strong Administrator within legal or management consultancy to elevate their career in a people centred function.

The successful candidate will need to be a proactive problem solver with confident communication to engage with stakeholders at all levels, as well as strong organisational skills to provide an excellent service and support to fee earning populations.

The Role:

  • Supporting managers across the business in resource allocation by building relationships to understand team capabilities, capacity, and experience to assign to projects effectively.
  • Supporting with the implementation of a new tech platform, becoming an expert in the new technology, and supporting with staff training as a subject matter expert.
  • Providing reports, research, and presentations to stakeholders while assisting with internal communications and updates across the business.
  • Monitoring and reporting on work allocation, utilization, and capacity for current and upcoming projects, while identifying and managing any potential resourcing conflicts.
  • Overseeing annual leave requests to ensure matter coverage and attending all relevant meetings and events.
  • Assisting in planning and allocating resources for future/pipeline matters.

The Profile:

  • Previous experience in a Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or administration function within Professional Services.
  • Excellent organisational skills to be able to prioritise a busy workload in a fast pace environment.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and problem solve in order to provide a seamless service to the business.
