Resourcer

We are a unique division of Office Angels, one of the UK's leading Recruitment consultancies. Our team offers remote permanent recruitment across various locations in the UK and are seeking a Resourcer to join our team of experienced Principal Consultants.

Salary: £26.5k - £28k basic (Negotiable depending on experience) with a monthly bonus

Contract: 1 year Maternity cover

Hours: 9.00am-5.30pm Mon-Fri

Location: Remote

The primary role of the Resourcer is to support a top-performing Principal Consultant on a one-on-one basis to oversee the sourcing of candidates and to provide a high level of administrative support, in accordance with the needs of the business. You will provide outstanding customer service, a consultative approach to candidate management, and general compliance support.

You will successfully:

• Maintain a lasting relationship with candidates, building their trust
• Use a creative approach to candidate engagement
• Collaborate effectively with the consultant
• Build resilience and take a positive approach to work

Your responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a creative approach to candidate attraction
• Take responsibility for the registration process for candidates, pre-screening and interviewing where appropriate, and guiding candidates through the process
• Check candidates' compliance
• Ensure customer excellence is delivered to all candidates, managing the candidate process including dealing with their queries and escalating where needed
• Set up client profiles, credit checking, and creating billing profiles on our Salesforce driven system
• Provide general administrative support, including collating and recording data
