This involves proactively managing skills compliance by identifying skills profile gaps and organizing necessary learning interventions, ensuring the right people attend the right training at the right time and place.
You will ensure all construction teams are fully trained and compliant with CDM regulations, planning training in line with shrinkage levels and working closely with the Academy to book full-time employees on courses within the SLA of skill expiry. Additionally, you will research new industry-based technology and equipment to keep the teams updated with the latest advancements.
Improving internal processes and methods for monitoring skills profiles will be a key part of your role, as well as creating a consistent approach across the Mains Renewal programme.
