Location: Chippenham - Hybrid

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits

The Role:

1. Working alongside experienced sales and delivery teams ensuring smooth-running delivery process - Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and round up assigned projects.
2. Coordinating the delivery of projects against statement of works.
3. Scheduling of Engineering resource.
4. Responsible for the flow of information to the customer and delivery team - deliver project documentation.
5. Ensure change process is followed and manage project escalations to ensure outcomes achieved.
6. Obtain feedback on work delivered, both during and at completion of works, highlighting follow-on opportunities to account managers.
7. Ensuring general upkeep and administration of service-related documentation.

6. An underlying IT technical knowledge is not essential as full training will be given.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven track record in a similar role.
2. Understanding of B2B processes desirable but not essential.
3. Experience within an MSP environment desirable.
