Residential Valuation Surveyor

£50,000 inc car allowance, profit share, private medical insurance, membership fees paid

Are you an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor looking for a new career opportunity? You could join the team at a successfully established Chartered Surveyors and Valuers as a Residential Valuation Surveyor.

We have opportunities in the Leeds, Manchester, Wigan, Preston and Blackpool areas. If you hold a minimum of AssocRICS status and with a minimum of one-year post-qualified experience, then we would encourage you to apply.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of a year post-RICS qualification
2. Member of AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
3. VRS registered
4. Technical Residential Surveying experience
5. Ability to work to deadlines
6. Confident user of MS Office
