Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor / Consultancy Surveyor looking to work on a highly attractive 70/30 split?
Due to an increase in workload, our client is seeking experienced Residential Surveyors / Consultancy Surveyors to work 2/3 days a week, on a highly attractive 70/30 split.
Our client is a well-established private surveying practice with a strong brand and excellent reputation.
Working hours:
- Flexible - ideally to work 2/3 days per week
- Remote position
The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:
- 70/30 Commission split
- £35,000 - £80,000 OTE dependent on work carried out
Requirements for the Residential Surveyor role:
- Carrying out Level 2 and 3 Surveys
- AssocRICS qualification
- VRS preferred
