Job description

Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker (RSW)

Location: Stafford, Staffordshire

Salary: £30,800– £32,700 per annum (inclusive of sleep-in allowance)

Working Hour: Full-time, permanent

Number of Sleeps Required: Included in salary

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Qualifications Required:

  1. Full UK Driving Licence
  2. L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  3. Experience in Years: Ideally experience in supporting children, but a passion for working with children is essential
  4. Employment Type: Permanent
