About the Role:
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Residential Staff Examiner II to join its subsidiary Catalytic. We are seeking individuals located in Texas, preferably in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. All Claims Examiners are expected to provide high-quality work and excellent customer service to all policyholders and/or claimants, resulting in satisfied customers for the Company and the carriers we support.
The candidate must have experience in handling the investigation of first-party claims from initial assignment to full resolution. However, we will also consider less experienced candidates with the aptitude and attitude to learn the insurance claims business.
The daily activity includes a review of the pertinent policy contract to determine the application of coverages for each claim. The candidate will be responsible for determining the most likely cause of loss of the damage reported by the policyholder or claimant, gathering facts that may impact coverage, and reviewing and evaluating the recommended scope and estimate of all damages presented by an Outside Field Adjuster.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience in handling all types of loss causes, but less experienced candidates will be considered. The territorial responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, Texas, Arizona, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Georgia. The ideal candidate must have the ability to prioritize their workload and work to conclude claims with minimal oversight. Prior experience working in a remote capacity is preferred.
