Location: South London

Salary: £55,000+ (Depending on Experience)

Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? A highly respected law firm in South London is seeking a Senior Residential Solicitor to join their thriving team.

The Role:

As a Senior Residential Solicitor, you will:

1. Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold transactions
2. Deliver high-quality legal advice with a client-focused approach
3. Support and mentor junior team members
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

1. 5+ years PQE in residential property law
2. Proven experience handling complex conveyancing transactions
3. Strong communication and client care skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
5. A proactive and commercially minded approach
