About the Role
Enthusiastic & hard working, you will be assisting Partners to senior Paralegals in the running of live files from instructions through to post completion. The work involves liaising with all parties and providing administrative assistance throughout the conveyancing process. This will include file opening, AML compliance, submitting AP1 and SDLT forms, dealing with administrative exchange formalities completion and post completion tasks, drafting financial statements and invoices and general admin duties.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an individual with excellent hands-on transaction experience, commercially aware and who presents well. In addition, you will need to have a general interest in networking and business development.
