Residential Property Solicitor/Senior Solicitor

Edinburgh/Glasgow (hybrid working)

Permanent, Full Time

Iconic Resourcing are excited to present an opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor/Senior Solicitor who can be based either in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Our client, a prominent Scottish law firm, is looking to further strengthen the Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced Solicitor/Senior Solicitor.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing full support to a busy residential conveyancing team.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and referrers while identifying new business development opportunities.
• Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring a high standard of client service.
• Drafting and revising legal documentation.
• Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges.
• Supporting junior team members where required.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with proven track record in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to build relationships and seek out new business opportunities.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated and driven.
