Location: Hybrid/Remote (Flexible)

About the Role:

We are partnering with a prestigious firm in the search for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, the successful candidate will have expertise across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity, and Lease Extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
2. Provide high-quality legal advice, ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of Conduct
3. Deliver exceptional client care and maintain strong client relationships
4. Meet agreed fee targets and demonstrate effective business development skills
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, CPD, and CQS compliance
6. Draft legal documents with accuracy and precision
7. Proactively manage your caseload and meet deadlines effectively
8. Collaborate with the team while managing individual responsibilities

Candidate Requirements:

1. A minimum of 5 years PQE in Residential Conveyancing
2. Strong IT and case management system experience (desirable)
3. Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skills
4. Proven ability to generate fees in line with targets
5. Demonstrable business development skills and marketing strategies
6. Ability to manage a full caseload and meet deadlines
7. Commitment to maintaining up-to-date legal knowledge and CPD
8. Experience in handling a range of conveyancing transactions, including Leasehold, Freehold, Re-mortgages, and more

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a dynamic team with the flexibility of hybrid or remote working options. The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
