The Firm:

A well-established, Legal 500 and CQS-accredited firm with a strong reputation in the Thames Valley is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its team. The firm prides itself on providing high-quality legal services and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role:

This is an opportunity for a Senior Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (FILEX) with extensive experience in residential property law. The role involves leading on complex transactions, supervising junior team members and contributing to the ongoing development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including leasehold, freehold, new builds and shared ownership
• Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and conveyancers
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AML, SDLT and Land Registry guidelines
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the firm’s business development efforts and contributing to the department’s growth

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (FILEX) with at least 6 years’ PQE
• Experience managing a broad range of residential property transactions
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Organised, proactive and client-focused
• Comfortable using case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
