Our associated firm Phillips Lewis Smith are an independent fully authorised firm of English solicitors who provide an English law capability regulated by the SRA for reserved and unreserved English legal services.

We and Phillips Lewis Smith advise and assist predominantly high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals both in the UK and around the world, in addition to Phillips Lewis Smith’s long established traditional English Private Client clientele. Based in London near Trafalgar Square, we have loyal client followings for whom we both offer an authentically personal service, and Phillips Lewis Smith seek to make the following appointment.

The role

Phillips Lewis Smith who will be the employer, are looking to appoint a residential property solicitor or Licenced conveyancer in a full-time role where close personal professional relationships are our distinctive capability in an increasingly commoditised market. You will be involved in a broad range of residential conveyancing work for UK and international clients, fully supported by Belluzzo International Partners Tax, Wealth Planning and accounting skills as clients require.

What we’re looking for

1. A solicitor admitted in England & Wales or Licenced Conveyancer, qualified for 5+ years.
2. CQS approved and managing the firm’s continuing CQS membership.
3. Experience in the full range of residential conveyancing work.
4. Strong technical knowledge.
5. Professional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues and clients.
6. Good communications skills.
7. Able to work effectively individually.
8. Organised with a strong attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach to giving clients the best advice.
9. Effective IT skills.
10. Experience is supporting business development activities.
11. Hybrid working is possible.
