RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 1–3 PQE, LONDON, SALARY £60–70K (DOE). Excellent opportunity to join the dynamic and expanding Real Estate team at this Top 100 UK Law firm. The successful candidate will deal with a range of matters relating to residential property law, contribute to the department's growth, and expand their own network of clients and referrers.

1. The firm are considering candidates with strong technical expertise in conveyancing processes and associated compliance measures, a solid understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and strong familiarity with Land Registry practices.
2. The role involves independently managing a caseload of non-contentious domestic conveyancing matters from start to finish, including reviewing title documents, contract documentation, mortgage offers, and search results, while delivering accurate and comprehensive reports to clients in a timely manner.
3. You will also oversee contract exchanges and completions, conduct source of funds checks, ensure KYC and AML compliance, and manage purchase files.
4. You will develop strong relationships with clients and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and stakeholders while ensuring exceptional client care.
