Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of residential property transactions.
2. Provide legal advice and support to clients.
3. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
4. Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualified solicitor with experience in residential property law.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
