Conveyancing Solicitor – Exciting Opportunity

An award-winning, innovative law firm with offices across Essex is seeking experienced Conveyancing Solicitors. The firm offers a supportive environment with flexible working options and a strong focus on client service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters independently and as part of a team
2. Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development
3. Work on cross-department projects and contribute to department growth
4. Meet financial targets for fee income and chargeable hours
5. Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years’ experience in residential property law
2. Proven client relationship and target achievement
3. Strong communication and organisational skills
4. Experience with case management systems (desirable)
5. IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
