This is a fabulous opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1 year's experience to join a thriving company in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be proactive and will be providing professional advice to a range of clients.

Responsibilities

1. Producing legal documentation
2. Site set ups for plot sales
3. Drafting financial statements
4. Preparing property searches
5. Understanding conveyancing procedures
6. Drafting and reviewing Heads of Terms
7. Legal research
8. Providing advice to a range of clients

The Candidate

1. Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least one year's experience in conveyancing
2. Strong communication skills are a pre-requisite
3. Taking a proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks is essential
4. The candidate should have a strong desire to widen their knowledge
5. A team player with a flair for business development
6. Strives for high standards in their work
7. Great attention to detail
