Residential Property Paralegal

This is a very busy property department that advises and assists their clients on a range of property matters and transactions. This includes residential sales & purchase, equity release, joint ownership, new build, right to buy, and mortgages & re-mortgages.

They are looking for a Paralegal with at least 6 months+ relevant experience of assisting Solicitors and/or managing their own residential caseload under supervision. You will need to be highly organised, have strong IT skills, and an excellent client-facing manner.
