The Residential Property Legal Assistant will assist with post-completion requirements, liaise with clients, and handle various property transaction tasks for a boutique firm in Hale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive, rewarding environment.

Description

  1. Assisting in post-completion tasks, including HMLR registrations and requisitions.
  2. Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty returns.
  3. Communicating with estate agents, lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Requesting redemption figures and assisting with the preparation of sale contract packs.
  5. Ensuring all client files and documents are managed effectively and efficiently.

Profile

The ideal candidate should be:

  1. An individual with 1-2 years of experience in residential property law or conveyancing.
  2. A strong understanding of post-completion tasks, including HMLR registration and requisitions.
  3. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent communication skills.
  4. Familiar with using legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
