Residential Property Lawyer - Dorset

Excellent opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join this well-established multi office practice in one of their offices in Dorset.

The role will involve independently handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, first registrations, shared ownership, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, and help-to-buy transactions.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision and demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a conveyancing team. There will be an opportunity to play an active role in business development and networking.

Market rate salary is on offer dependant on experience with a highly attractive benefits package and a clear pathway for career progression.
