Residential Property Lawyer - Cheltenham

Our client is a forward-thinking and friendly dedicated conveyancing firm, committed to delivering exceptional customer service with the support of cutting-edge technology. Known for their supportive team environment, they are currently seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Cheltenham.

As part of their thriving Residential Property team, you will:

  1. Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build transactions.
  2. Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.

Requirements:

You will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or licensed conveyancer who has demonstrated experience of working in a busy residential conveyancing team with the ability to independently manage your own caseload. A dedication to providing exceptional client care, a positive, "can-do" attitude, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
