Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer/Unqualified Fee Earner

What will you do?

  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish
  • Advise a wide variety of clients from property investors to first time buyers
  • Advise on sales & purchases of leasehold & freehold properties
  • Advise on remortgages, registered and unregistered land, buy to let, Right to Buy, shared ownership, new build, help to buy mortgages, SDLT returns, Land Registry applications + more

What will you need?

  • To be either a qualified residential conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, or an unqualified fee earner
  • Ideally at least 2 years’ experience within residential property law and able to run your own caseload from start to finish
