Salary Guide: £28,000 - £35,000

We are currently seeking experienced Residential Property Fee Earners with at least 2-3 years of file handling experience to join a highly regarded and well-established law firm based in the Mansfield area, Nottinghamshire.

What We're Looking For:

1. 2-3 years of file handling experience in residential property, including managing a caseload from start to finish.
2. A proactive, professional approach to managing clients and their needs throughout the conveyancing process.
3. Strong knowledge of residential property law and an ability to handle transactions smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are fully informed.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
5. Experience of using case management systems and a keen eye for detail.
