A Chambers ranked law firm in Henley on Thames is seeking an experiencedResidential Property Conveyancing Solicitor to join its well reputed and award-winning team.

This is a social firm that regularly hosts events and gatherings for employees. These include a Summer and Christmas party as well as charity events and other social gatherings to reward success and enhance team spirit.

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients, offer property advice

Conduct due diligence and legal research

Draft and review property contracts

Negotiate terms with opposing solicitors

Manage financial aspects of transactions

Ensure legal compliance throughout the process

Oversee property title transfers

Maintain client communication and documentation

Resolve legal issues as they arise

Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer
SRA or equivalent membership
Experience in property conveyancing
Strong knowledge of property law
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in legal software
Local property market knowledge is a plus
