Residential Property â Solicitor 2 PQE

My client is a well-established law firm looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Clitheroe.

The ideal candidate will be at least 2 yrs PQE and experienced in handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters through to completion, with a real passion for residential property.

Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to deliver outstanding client service, as this role involves regular contact with clients and agents.

Typical duties include:

1. Effectively handling a busy caseload of a wide range of property transactions including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions.
2. Being highly organised and efficient.
3. Exhibiting an excellent teamwork ethos.
4. Meeting client expectations through timely acknowledgement and progression of client calls and queries.
5. Understanding and contributing to the team's objectives.

Salary will be competitive, dependent on experience, ranging from £30-40k+ bonus, with a hybrid working model (2/3) and a host of other staff benefits and schemes.
