Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a fantastic new role for a Residential Legal Assistant at a National law firm. They are looking for an enthusiastic and organised professional to join their Residential and Conveyancing team.

Responsibilities:

1. Submit registration and reply to requisitions through Land Registry Portal
2. Experience of Leasehold transactions
3. Provide client updates and deal with queries
4. Generate Stamp Duty Land Tax and submit applications
5. General administrative tasks

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a conveyancing assistant
2. Understanding of the conveyancing process
3. Knowledge of day-to-day operations within a legal office
4. Strong knowledge of case management software
5. Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
