We seek a Residential Development Solicitor with 3+ years of experience to work in a collaborative and forward-thinking Cheltenham based Law Firm.

The Role

As a Residential Development Solicitor at our client, you will thrive with a can-do attitude and a passion for excellent customer service. You will work alongside well-known house builders and niche developers. Your responsibilities will be varied but will include:

• Complex and large-scale land acquisitions
• Disposals to Housing Associations and other developers
• Funding arrangements
• Promotional agreements
• Conditional contracts
