Real Estate Solicitor (Residential Development) | 3-7 PQE | Top National Firm | Birmingham

They are seeking a motivated solicitor (3-10 years' PQE) to join their highly regarded Birmingham team, acting on high-profile development projects for the UK's leading housebuilders.

The Role:
This position offers a fantastic blend of hands-on experience and professional growth. You will support senior partners on significant residential development matters while managing your own caseload under supervision. Key responsibilities include:
· Assisting with large-scale, high-value land acquisitions for residential development
· Conducting title investigations, due diligence, and interpreting search results
· Working on strategic option agreements, promotion agreements, consortium agreements, and regeneration projects
· Collaborating on complex agreements with local authorities and developers
· Handling a diverse range of residential development matters for major national housebuilders

Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a solicitor who is passionate about residential development and eager to take on high-calibre work. Key qualifications include:
· 3-7 years' PQE with solid residential development experience
· Strong technical skills, ideally gained at a reputable regional, national, or international firm
· A strong academic background (preferably a 2:1 degree or equivalent)
· A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
