Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

FULLY REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME

This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning firm that is an innovator in residential conveyancing. You will need to have at least 2 years PQE in order to be considered for this role. You may be a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, FILEx, or simply have gained experience on the job.

You will be competent in running freehold and leasehold sales and purchases matters.

You will work as part of a team and help support and guide the junior members of the team, as well as deal with the more technical aspects of the transaction:

1. Title checking;
2. Dealing with enquiries;
3. Making sure the relevant searches have been applied for.

You will have support from a well-trained and experienced paralegal who will assist you with all elements of the transaction.

This is a purely remote work-from-home role that doesn't come much better.

The salary is likely to be up to £38-52,000 per annum with a full benefits package.
