RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 7 +PQE, TYNE & WEAR, £45,000 - £55,000 DOE.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing residential conveyancing matters.
2. Supporting the Head of Department in overseeing departmental operations.
3. Supervising junior team members.
4. Driving business development and marketing initiatives to support the department and firm’s success.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Qualified solicitors with at least 7 years’ PQE.
2. Experience managing a demanding residential conveyancing caseload.
