Job Description

We have been instructed on a fantastic new role based in Leeds City Centre for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. Our client is an award-winning firm with a strong presence and reputation in the Yorkshire market.

The Role

This is a great opportunity for someone to handle a full conveyancing caseload for a broad range of clients, including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgaging, transfers of equity and more. This team does not handle any volume residential conveyancing matters; they handle a lot of matters for the specialist buy-to-let market as well as for the commercial clients at the firm.

The Candidate

Ideally, the firm is looking to recruit someone with experience in handling and running a full caseload and will consider any solicitors NQ+. The firm requires someone with excellent communication skills who can handle matters with speed and efficiency.
